Archiving
Al-Ridha: Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat utilizes robust digital preservation systems to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration, ensuring the long-term digital survival and continuous open availability of all published content.
-
Digital Archiving Systems (LOCKSS & CLOCKSS):
-
This journal utilizes the LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) and CLOCKSS (Controlled Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) systems to store and distribute journal content across participating libraries worldwide.
-
These systems allow libraries to create permanent digital archives of the journal for preservation and restoration purposes.
-
-
PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN):
-
The journal deposits its published content into the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN), a specialized long-term preservation service that digitally preserves OJS journals at no cost, ensuring perpetual access even if the journal platform is temporarily offline.
-
-
National Repositories & Persistent Identifiers:
-
All published metadata and full texts are regularly synchronized and deposited in recognized national databases, including the National Library of Indonesia (Perpusnas - Onesearch), Garuda (Garba Rujukan Digital), and Moraref.
-
Every article is assigned a persistent Digital Object Identifier (DOI) via Crossref to guarantee permanent web resolution and citation linkage.
-
-
Self-Archiving Policy (Repositories):
-
Authors are permitted and actively encouraged to deposit all versions of their published articles (Submitted version, Accepted manuscript, and Publisher’s PDF / Version of Record) into their institutional repositories, academic databases (e.g., ResearchGate, Academia.edu), or personal websites without any embargo period.
