Abstract

This study focuses on analyzing the vocabulary and linguistic structures related to the verses of contemplation in the Holy Qur'an and their meanings in the context of presenting the verses of contemplation. These include: Contemplation in the cosmos: Reflecting on the heavens, the earth, mountains, seas, the sun, and the moon, Contemplation in the self: Observing the creation of humans, their stages of development, and their abilities., The fruits of contemplation: Enhancing faith: Realizing the greatness and oneness of the Creator, Reviving hearts: Contemplation removes heedlessness and brings humans closer to God, Advancing knowledge: Deriving universal laws and understanding the secrets of creation, Strengthening responsibility: Contemplation encourages positive action to serve humanity The methodology employed in this study is the Library Research Method, which relies on collecting and analyzing information from written sources such as books, exegeses, scientific articles, and previous studies related to Surah Al-Ma’un and its interpretation. The study concludes that contemplation in the Qur'an is an invitation to reflect on God's creation and His cosmic and human signs. It is a Qur'anic approach to stimulating the mind and heart toward knowing God and understanding His wisdom in the universe. Contemplation is considered a means of strengthening faith and establishing spiritual and intellectual values. It is a form of worship that combines intellect and spirit, enhancing human awareness of their role in the universe. The Qur'an encourages Muslims to engage in contemplation as a tool to build faith, achieve tranquility, and gain a deeper understanding of the mysteries of creation.
